On Wednesday the 26th of January Amante won the “Best Student Film Prize” on the A Shaded View On Fashion Film festival (ASVOFF) 2012, hosted by Diane Pernet. The lead crew was invited to attend the award ceremony in CaixaForum in Barcelona.

The official ASVOFF press release tells us this:
“The award for best short fashion by a student has gone to “Amante” by Paul Riele. (And ofcourse the rest of the team!) The jury praised his boldness and originality in placing the credits halfway halfway during the film while revealing that it is a short about fashion near the end, when the characters are discovered. The winning student has won a Masters in Communication at Polimoda 2.0 school of fashion in Florence, a nine-month course valued at 16,000 euros.”

We, the lead crew, would like to thank every single member of the onset & offset crew, our sponsors, the organisation of ASVOFF and offcourse Diane Pernet for giving us and ofther students a podium.
